Shipping policy
At PawNest, we do our best to make your shopping experience simple, transparent and reliable.
We work with carefully selected fulfillment partners to deliver practical pet essentials to our customers. Some products may ship from different warehouses or international fulfillment centers, which means shipping times can vary depending on the item, destination and carrier.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
During busy periods, holidays, product restocks or unexpected supplier delays, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 8 to 15 business days after they have been processed and shipped.
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, high order volume or other circumstances outside our control.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Multiple Packages
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
This means you may receive one item before another, even if both were ordered at the same time. If this happens, please do not worry. The remaining item or items are still on the way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. If free shipping is available, it will be clearly shown at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number has been issued. Some carriers may take time to scan and update the package status.
International Shipping
PawNest currently ships to selected countries and regions.
Some orders may ship from international warehouses. Depending on your location, customs, taxes, duties or import fees may apply. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges required by their country.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
PawNest is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Delayed Orders

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an update and available options.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, porch, parcel locker, building entrance, neighbors and local carrier.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will review the situation with the available tracking information.
PawNest is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. However, we will always do our best to help you find a fair solution.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will help you with the next steps.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only change or cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped by our fulfillment partner. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
